Mercury-free. For histological and cytological use as a nuclear stain. Suitable for PAP staining. Available with or without acetic acid. Note: exposure to low temperatures may cause precipitation of dye. Mix at ambient temperature before use and filter if necessary. Sedimentation does not affect use of this stain.
